i have completed the step by step thing to make a zone but i don't understand how to make sysops,smods and mods.

In your server directory look for the files 'moderate.txt', 'smod.txt' and 'sysop.txt'.
Read the instrutions in those files and put in the names of your sysops, smods and mods.

After that open your 'server.ini'. In section [Password] change the passwords to whatever you like.
In section [Validation] you should set CheckMod, CheckSmod and CheckSysop to 1.

If you now enter your zone you just have to login. The easiest way to do so is to change your profile password to <PlayerPW>*<SysopPW/SmodPW/ModPW>.
So you login automatically each time you enter the zone.

For example: Your player name is MikeTheMighty, your player password for that name is continuum and in server.ini you have 1d4g7c as SysopPW. When you enter your zone using MikeTheMighty you have to set the password in the profile to continuum*1d4g7c.
