Means you can do the following:

  • When no billing, can login as a name in the reserved.txt
  • Can enter and play in a zone that uses permission modes.
  • Can use a non-standard client (IE: .37 entering a .38 zone, or a vie client entered a zone that doesn't allow vie clients)
