I'm fucking tired of programs going hiwire and what not.
Ex. recently zonealarm gone bananos on me.
It's fucked up, fucking my entire OS alongside with it, and somehow zlclient.exe secured itself from removal during run time via the ussual MS/Win task manager.
Naturally, I can just delete the file or what not, but it's the principle that virtually any app can somehow protect itself in the memory is pissing me off.
I'm the fucking admin, what gives any process a right to shield itself from my command? Yeah.
So, since unlike *nix where you gain absolute control and can just reach into the kernel guts and rip the fucker off win with all its user friendly shit lacks any friendly UI that allows you to reach to the system's core, I was wondering if any of you are aware of a nice GUI'd app that can use the admin account to creep as high as possible and show all processes (yeah, lots of hidden layered fuckers in there, they think they can hide, but even TM doesn't show them I can see them in memory editors) and allow me to terminate any of them.
Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure if this is what you want, but I think Sysinternals Freeware - Process Explorer is a nice piece of software.
I think you'll have to run some program as a service to get full rights, if you want to be able to kill everything.
I built some really lame program (which I kinda ripped off MSDN) which attempts to kill every exe until it killed everything (except for itself of course), and it even keeps going until they STAY dead. |

Have you checked out:
Control Panel -> Adminsitrative Tools -> Services
You should be able to turn any running service off from here. If you knew the exact name you could do this in the console by doing:
net stop NAME (one of the only ways of disabling McAfee's firewall) _________________ Oldbie Server Help |
