Thu Jan 05 05:53:05: Reliable packet lost(18) to: HaloBot (pending=624846 current=625101 diff=255)

Is this error becuase of lag? or a plugin causing the problem?

I think the bot just got spammed by flag packets and there was a hiccup on the connection meaning it didn't acknowledge that it had received them to the server. Or the bot died and stopped sending stuff to the server, but I think you might have noticed that.
