Need more information than that.

It's a firewall or port issue. Next time, search the forums for some help instead of making a new topic.

Look over all the topics covered here. Try out what is listed in there, and if none work, respond back with which ones you tried. Also, answer this short list of questions:

Is Continuum, Subgame, and Subbill all running on the same system?

Have you tried to get another person to connect to your zone?

Do you know what port forwarding is, and do you know how to forward ports on your router?
