Buddy of mine has perfect lag in every zone EXCEPT for premier/chaos. This is the primary zone most of my squaddies play in so it kinda sucks for him to get kicked out, this has only happened since the server in chaos switched. He can't stay in because his ping is like 32000ms.
I remember in the old days people used to use a proxy to connect, does anyone know how to set this up/where to get the files?

Continuum has built in support for SOCKS5 Proxy. Go google searching for a proxy in which you could setup somewhere for this user to connect to, such as another squad member's computer that he has good pings with and who has good pings with chaos.
