Is it possible to turn off the backward acceleration so that the ships cant fly backwards _________________ Expect the worst but hope for the best. |

No can do.
I wish you could, but no can do.
The ONLY way to do that, with the way SS is working currently:
Set all ships's speed and thrust (min/max/upgrade) to 0.
Then proceed to set rocket time to some uber infanite like number, set everyone to start with tons of rockets and set the rocket speed and thrust to something.
The nasty side effects are that all ships will travel in the exact same speed, with the exact same thrust and there will be no way to slow down. |

you can have different speeds for each ship (with maxspeed ?)
and with rocktime set to 1 or to 2 sec's you can fly almost normal. |

Maxspeed has NO effect on rockets.
Therfore having 1-2 sec bursts is just annoying. _________________ Hyperspace Owner
