what does it mean or what could be wrong when i get on subgame.exe
unknown packet type: 36

Sounds like a billing error. Make sure that the ports are 185 for the biller in the [Billing]Port= section of your server.ini and in the subbill Port= section (the biller port has to be different from the listening port). Also, make sure that the biller passwords match.
