Usually that means the "black" is not actually black. The shipset is in PNG format, not JPEG, right? _________________ This help is informational only. | Alright, i got the problem fixed thanks to Purge helping me on AIM. What you said was correct, it wasnt completely black. Now I have a different question. I have a cool ship with it facing all directions, but all the directions are in different files. How can I put them together to make them one? |

The creator of the program didn't think of running the program on other computers then its own. (The shortcut - .lnk - tries to start "D:\EZ Combine\javaWindows.exe" )
What you need to do is unpack the package, then edit the .lnk file ("EZ Image Combiner.lnk") so that it starts javaWindows.exe in the good directory. (change D:\EZ Combine ). Or you can do it in command promt as long as you start javaWindows.exe with "SSCombiner" as the (only) parameter.
EDIT: Unpack this (Modified) package and start "start.bat" . _________________
