Make sure your ports are forwarded and the windows firewall is blocking subbill and subgame.

If you want to have your problem resolved, post your server.ini and subbil.ini here so people can actually help you with the exact problem.

Don't forget to specify if you are trying to access it from outside, only via the LAN (Local Area Network) or even only at your own computer.

Requests like "help it doesn't work" doesn't get us any further, nor you.

1. the firewall blocking the biller does not matter unless you are hosting a biller for zones outside of the computer you are using to run your zone.

2. you said make sure the firewall is blocking the ports for the server and biller.... you meant is NOT blocking...

If you cannot connect, but the zone is up, (biller does NOT need to to be up) do this...Click start, run, cmd. Then on the command line, ipconfig. Open continuum, go to the zones list, then click on "Add Custom" Where it says zonename, put the name of the zone, where it says ip, put the ip from IP Address in the IP config, and whereit says port, put the port from the server.ini.

Or it could be something as simple as being connected to a wireless router when the modem is off.
