It's like a PHP specialized editor, which looks like Notepad. |

Isn't there an editor NVU, or NU that is free and cross-platform? Dr Brain was telling me about it. It seemed to be pretty close to Macromedia Dreamweaver; but free. _________________ Performance is often the art of cheating carefully. - James Gosling |

I know, but I haven't seen anything that can be compared to dreamweaver and is better in it. |

I own Macromedia Studio MX and always have liked Dreamweaver. Though, I am looking into other editors being that I don't feel like having to pay for new versions. |

Any editor that tries to hide the HTML code from you is crappy, IMO. I've seen pages written with dreamweaver, and although they may have looked good, the code was awful. |

Hate to break it to you, cyan, but the code doesn't mean squat.
No one cares how pretty your html is formatted if your page looks like a P.O.S. |

Yeah, have fun fixing/modifying those pages; especially if someone else is the one who has to do the work, and they dont use a wysiwyg editor. _________________ There are 7 user(s) ignoring me right now. |
