There's no one specific setting for jackpot. Jackpot is gained through flag points, kill points, ball points, all sorts of crap. So look in those sections. Check out the info about settings on the wiki.

Find [Kill] JackpotBountyPercent in server.cfg and make it smaller.

I think theres also some bonus setting that controls how much you get in addition to the listed jackpot for winning

Unlike what Cyan said, the rest can be done through ASSS only.

Now, you can change the kill value by changing this.

Kill:FixedKillReward:::Fixed number of points given for any kill (regardless of bounty) (-1 = use bounty as always)


If you set Kill:JackpotBountyPercent=1000 and Kill:FixedKillReward=3, then you'll get 3 points for a kill regardless of targets bounty, and 3 points will be added to the Jackpot.
