Does it crash after that or just continue on as normal? Does it happen consistently?

My guess is that either your LVL, LVZ or CFG are invalid. Probably the latter.

I have reset the server.cfg it works fine. When Ken the Great uploaded his server.cfg it starts doing this. I also checked his server.cfg with the cfgchecker and it says no errors. I am not very sure about his lvz tho.

the .lvz contains shipsets and sounds like guns, bombs, thrust sounds.
