Is there a merve plugin out there that will allow me to edit messages for when a player goes over a tile as well as a message given only when a player of a certain frequency passes over it?

You have to properly configure the INI and then load the plugin.

Try to be more specific about the problem your having. If you have tried !loading the plugin on your bot but it just "didn't work" it may be a version problem aswell.
For all these problems with mervbot mind to set "NoTerminal" to 0 in mervbot.ini and then check the mervbot console window. This way you can identify problems more easily.

I loaded the plugin with the defaukt settings went over the specefied tiles and it did not send a message. I downloaded the messagebot plugin from the catid site.

Yes, meaning the default settings that came in the plugin after downloading. I even tried my own settings and there is no message displayed.

rootbear75, that is not the plugin he wants. Also note that that plugin doesn't work out of the box. It requires alot of work and changing to get it work.
