Who owns SSCX-A? And if so are they willing to take as3 newly developed zones that have already been properly running under SUBGAME with a reasonable pop?

Xalimar and Yarekim run SSCX and SSCX-A. Grel also helps out with SSCX-A.

A while back they were willing to take ASSS zones that were moving from Subgame2, though I suppose that might have changed.
