Isn't it possible to spawn the greens ("prizes") in another place then in the center of the map (500,500)? |

Currently, no, as greens are client controlled. All the server can do is 'seed' them, but cannot force them to appear at a certain location nor change their starting points.
Center is 511, 511 (tiles are 0,0 upper left -> 1023,1023 bottom right) |

It's possible to do it, but it's not pretty. It involves killing fake players to generate death prizes.
Unfortunately, this generates tons of death messages. _________________ Hyperspace Owner

theres only 1 way i can think of which i did back in DS, but it depends on the situation, in DS we made the map so the prizes spawn in center, but we filled the center up with tiles and left out the spaces in which we wanted the greens to appear....but i dont think you are in the right position to do that |

Only 1 way i can think of. Put a bot in a ship where you want a green, and have it "commit suicide" by sending a death packet to the server. The server will drop a green on that location, but only to clients that "see" the death packet. The prize type will not be controllable by the bot. _________________ 4,691 irradiated haggis! |

Seeing as this is in the ASSS forum, ekted, my solution would be more efficient for the same result.
You could control the prize type, too. |

Ya sorry. I was just thinking bot-specific, not server-side. |

It would probably be easier to crate an lvz to look like a green, then make a module to prize the person(randomly like a green or not) when they "pick it up" |

you could fake this by using an image that looks like a green and placing it where you want the green, and prizing the first person to go to that position.
this solution could be implemented by asss or a bot |
