It's SSC, it stands for Subspace Central. The SSC network is a biller server that maintains everyone's user name and password. I'm not sure if there is one person who runs it but I believe there are a variety of billing-Ops that maintain everything. The list probably includes prittk and platinum-halo.

Oh, my bad. When you are in the zone, type ?owner and it might display the zone's owner. Also it's usually in the zone's news.

simple: in unknown new hosts like that, the server acronym is always the exact same as the newb that made it -> "SC"

im not so much of a newb

but this is the actual first time that I have hosted so I guess you can call me a newb. I know that im not going to be popular but hey might as well give it a try and say that I actually did this and not say I never did.
