Ok, I just made a new zone to test, and everything works, the billing server connects and the zone shows up in the new zones list, i add it to my real list, and then...it shows up in red.. Could someone help me?

are you using a firewall or router?
Firewall - program used to keep hackers out of your pc
Router - normaly a hardware componet used to share a highspeed internet connection among multiple computers within your house.

Once we know this we can help you a lil beter. Also if you do have a firewall try cuting it off then see if your zone shows up green, if you have a router let us know what kinda it is. If your server is connecting to the biller and it shows up in the zone list in continum but it shows up red it sounds like you might be running a router, or perhaps you have the server ini file set up wrong.

Ok, yes, wEaViL is right about the general source of the problem. The fix is to forward the server's port and the server's port+1 (ping port) to the IP of the computer that will host the zone. Make sure that the port is UDP. Refer to your "gateway device's" manual for instructions.

That will allow others to play in your zone, but you still will not be able to play. To fix that, add an entry to the zone.dat file in your continuum directory.

Code: Show/Hide My zone (local),192.168.0.2,1000,,1 #This is a local testing zone

Make sure to correct for the proper IP and port

These two fixes are independent of each other. So you can only fix the zone.dat if all you want is to fly arround and test stuff, and don't need/want others in the zone.

BTW: Firewalls and router's definitions have been blurred over the last few years.

lol, well those are my defintions. More or less in lamemans terms cuase if you tell them something to complicated then there not going to get what it is even though thats what is setting on there comp right now, lol
