[Question! Please Help...]

Ive been trying for the past two days to enter the Alpha West SVS zone because this is my first time playing, but the thing I dont understand is that why does it keep on saying that someone is already using the name I used in my profile when Ive tried dozens of weird names already.
In addition, it said I might be using the wrong password, but I dont understand where I actually enter my password after Ive already chosen my password on my Profiles already.
Someone please help?

Heres how it works. You put all of the stuff in your profile, but it doesn't actually get created until you try to login for the first time. Alpha West is a SSC Zone, so a little window asking for your email and some other information should have popped up if the account was not already taken. My guess is, you got the invalid password box because the name is, in fact, already registered.
