hey MGB i wasn't sure where this topic should go or if it was allowed, go ahead and close it or relocate it to zone junk or w/e and sorry if its not allowed

anyway i'm looking for someone to make a website for my zone (which is gonna be SSZ Tank Warfare, a tank zone a website) i'd need it to have the following:

cool look (

)
forum
staff list
staff application
ship descriptions
news
history / about
picture gallery

preferably not in java

just go ahead and get phpbb and then download a portal like at http://smartor.is-root.com/ and add that and you can have all the features of a php portal website in your phpbb forum.
