Sometimes the idea of being more mature on an internet forums is to let some obvious things go. People would assume that you would have read those comments directed at your, and would have understood it. If you didn't, you would respond back with questions. Posting a short post to say "I agree" is repetitive.

How many letters/words in a post do not make a differance. Its whats posted that makes a differance. If someone asked a yes/no question, and you respond back with a yes or a no, thats fine. If someone made a statement, and you responded back with something thats implied, such as saying lol in responce to a joke, thats not needed. If you want to check yourself on your posts, I'd recommend hitting "Preview" before hitting "Submit," and leave that page for a little bit of time. Come back in five minutes, and read what you wrote. If you feel it is something worth contributing, then hit the submit button. If you feel it doesn't contribute much, or something that is unneeded, then just close that window.

People cannot harasses you for a post you never submitted. Since you seem to be one that cannot take harassment very easily, you should be more cautious. Because sometimes people mean well, but the way they handle themselves comes off wrong, and they cannot deal with the consequences.

If the age you've submitted to these forums are accurate, that does explain a lot. But every so often, you'll find rare gems where someone who maybe very young acts more mature than those that have lived a fulfilling life.

Just remember that a forum is not like a chatroom. Think of it like you are sending mail. You wouldn't just send a letter saying "Hi" to someone, you would send something that is worth reading.

If you don't like what someone says, or how he/she says it just ignore the user, like I did a few days ago to Smithy101.
I suggest you all ignore him so useless threads like these can be ignored.
