Server Help

Hiya,
I'm tryint to setup my own local server and billing for testing purposes. Only I can't get my billing to add me as an Network wide level 0 operator.

I am using the newest SS Biller 0.23 and the newest subgame2.exe.

I can login the biller as Data op but then to

Code: Show/Hide

?addop -0 MMaverick:bla

doesn't work :/.

Can anyone help me?

I know I can use CatId's biller but I want to use the SS Biller because I am used to that one

First use:

?login <Password>, where Password is [Misc]SysopPassword.

?addop -0 -* Me:PW

?logout

?login PW

While still logged in, type ?listop to check your entries. Maybe something is damaged.

Not entirely shure whats up there. Maybe you just have the commands wrong. It should work.

Strange is that it DOESN'T. I am getting mad at it. Is it maybe because my billing doesn't support BanG at all??

I am using this one http://www.ssdownloads.com/files/server14.zip; The one that comes with the standard server package.

If you are using Subbill 0.23 or 0.22 then it won't work

. It doesn't have banning options just a simple ?login and **

Lol oh we're all stupid, or at least I am. I thought you were using Catid's biller, but now I see that you are not.

Use Catid's.

Are there other billers besides CatId's one that have BanG ?

The one we are using has a temporary biller is 1.11j. I´ll attach it if you want and try it out.

That qualifies as Catid's, since it's only a mod of his original.

Only public billers are SubBill and Catids. 2dragons and I are working on some too but public availability or stability are not garunteed.

Yeah, there's that one too. Which server is it that uses it? Or did it die?
