I've tried every single command IN MY SERVER, and not a single one works. I am the owner, and I use the correct command starts(E.G. */), but they aren't activating anything! what the heck is wrong?

And yet, another problem arises. It seems the billing network won't let me login.

That's not the problem. What I mean is that the SSI Billing Network hooblah isn't coming up when i log on, thus disabling me to login

erm... After searching the forums a bit, I ran across how to fix my problem. it works fine now.
