What powers does a mod have? What about an smod? Or a sysop? Can an smod do everything a mod does? Can a sysop do everything both can do? What powers does each one have? Which can use *super? How do you ban/suspend people? How do you un ban or un suspend people?

What does a VIP have that makes them special? Can they use *super?

I think VIP lets them use any client (fx: bot, chat client, ss134).
