I was invited into Night fox's private arena in Mk about 2 weeks ago to make her some prize settings. After i had done this i made many trips back in and forth. Lately (Today) i notice some new ships being uploaded and the days before that some tilesets which look like Gundam Wings (Because they are gundam wings :/ ). When i was in today Night fox also told me to never come back into the arena or tell anyone else about it.

This morning i went into Battlefield 2 and was talking with psyphi and he invited me into a public sub arena in his zone (gta2). Now the ships in this zone were identical to the ones in Nf's arena and these ships were made by Battlefield 2. I then told psyphi of Nf's arena in SSN Mystic Kingdom and he found She had stolen them.

* I have reason to suspect many more files were stolen apart from the Gundam wing tileset and the gta shipset. Since this was discovered Night-fox has quit continuum and the sub arena has been conveniently deleted!*

I've had those ships for 3 years and the graphics. She got these when she was hosting me. So little tip for you guys out there don't let SSN host you, your shit might end up stolen. And another thing, Lume and Medi (Owner and head sysop of mk) you know those files belong to me I'm very pist off at you for allowing stolen files of mine to be in your zone! And to allow files from GW!!!! WTF Man after all zim has done for you!

ssn is a zone host, they dont steal anything.
also, your caps lock key seems to be malfunctioning, you might consider fixing it by using an electric chair.

By the looks of it, the first and second state that the content was stolen and uploaded by Night_Fox, an SSN Netop. Therefore, I would consider that SSN is stealing shipsets from the zone seeing as the serevr owner herself uploaded this content into MK.

yes but theres no way the owners didn't know about the stolen content. i've show'd them it several times in my zone SSW Battle Field 2 in ?go gta2 Also I would like to note that these were old files, I had completed rework'd my map lvzs these were the files that I had load'd up when I was hosted by SSN. Same graphics just older map but same shipset. These files were supposed to of been deleted by ms-dos. Atlest what he told me was all your files have been deleted. Spyed has informed me of her giving out an AI.dll that I believe to be a hex edited version of the ai zim gave me, cause mine only work for certain names and the dll Spyed sent me only loads with the same names that are hard coded into it.

I'm starting to believe all this because I once asked Night_Fox for some help with a biller problem, and she asked for my biller. I said no, and asked if she can help me verbally, but she refused and called me "a stupid damn youngster".

Seems that SSN is getting a little frustrated.

Umm...i know for a fact that they steal, first hand. MS had put some of my files on a website, and he let his "son" get to them, his son apperently had been using them, but i highley doubt they have a "son" especially since they had never said anything about him before. is it not wierd that she also quit ss? I think, and some people may agree with me, but NF and MS are one of the same.

Has anyone else noticed that NF and MS have gone completely newbish lately?

NF and MS have also been saying stuff like "i own aplus.net" which is obviously not true. I talked to him shortly after him saying that he owned it. He had told me that a server (SSE) was from aplus.net, me, not believing him, asked for proof. He told me to ping it, so i did. It came out some other address, and i said "it says blah blah blah" and he goes "its our network with just another name" then, i created a network name just to see if he was lieing or not, i said "oh wait, actually, it says ********.com, not ***.net" and he goes yea, thats part of aplus.net too, they are the same"

I don't post here often, but I'd like to state one thing to back-up a few posts on this issue, being an ex-SSN staff member myself. I too Confess, have been told by MS-Dos that they owned not only 'APlus' but 'The Planet/Server Matrix' as well, which I find totally amusing, seeing as they can't manage one server of their own.

To say that either of us, Medi or I were at fault shows how little you do know of the situation Psy. You have always been in good terms with me, even if I have heard what you have said about MK, but do not think to say that we are just as much at fault.

Not only did I not know of the stolen things, which even to now I never did see any of your gta graphics in there, although I had been to the arena several times and all I had ever seen in there were some assorted freeware shipsets and maps, but even if I had, I can not say I would have succeeded in getting NF to take down the arena, since she is my server owner, and I cant exactly give her orders, not without risking losing SSN as my hosting.

The arena changed all the time, she was always uploading different things to check them out, and even if she had used some of your things she had lying around to test random things, it was but a private test arena, I would not see why you would get so upset over it, I would think a simple request to get it taken down would be enough.

Night Fox and MS are good people who I know well enough, I haven't had any problems with them and it is a shame to know you made NF quit continuum.

So you can think me to be just as responsible as NF, and medi too, although neither of us aren't, but I really don't care either way, becuase in my eyes it would be a rather innocent thing and not something needing this much whining or complaining.

PS: Keep your fanatics in your zone, I dont need people running into my zone yelling about how we stole your stuff when we did nothing of the kind. Tell them if they have a problem talk to MS in private, not come yelling into my pub.

i never told anyone to go to your zone and say anything. can't help it if stealing files pisses people off. there was no reason nf or ms should of even been using a sub arena in your zone when they own two servers. Your fault for allowing them to put it there weither it be by ignorance or on purpose.

The name SSN is just surrounded by a vileness that should repel any decent zone. People are pathetic though and make half assed zones so all they can manage to get is half assed hosts.

dark mistress is unfortunetly one of those hosts. I've dealt with her in the past and found her to be not only immature but unreliable in all that she does. Over the past couple of years I've watched her "network" bounce from one place to another and everytime she ends up "quitting subspace".

I personally would avoid her and her network like the plague. The people she employs as netop on her biller are just as immature and unreliable. Unfortunetly, this is a path she has chosen for herself and I highly doubt she can dig out of this hole she's entrenched herself in.

Just came to my attention I have proof of all this. The greetings on the bot is the same one my ranker uses slightly modified. She stole my bots and my graphics.
The proof is on the 2nd line from NF-Buy. Where it says the following.

You may only use ships 5 (Grenader) and 8 (Flagger)! Until you reach 100000 points.

If you come into my zone SSW Battle Field 2 you will see that the ship names have the same names and that the entrance of that rank has the same message. This is a custom rank bot. The part that she changed is right above it. Hello! Newbie

He admits he believed she got them from Lord Assasin the SSZ host who stole my files 2. Just I never had enough proof to come forward I only had testimonials from his staff members. Eitherway they were stolen and he knew it and didn't even bother to tell someone who practically made his entire zone "invander-zim" that she had them and was giving them out. he still says he never saw anything stolen? for real? so the ai's were given to her huh by someone with permission to give them out? meaning zim gave her the ai's. yeah fucking right. I spoke with zim and he didn't say shit about giving her the ai's. you are just as responsible as Night_Fox and MS-DOS. Man up and take responsibility for your actions. You can deny it all you want we both know the truth. You betray'd me, zim and everyone who ever look'd up to you in the ss community. Take responsibility for your actions and admit it.

Just a reminder of why MS-DOS is responsible.
These files were supposed to be completely deleted from his server when I left and he kept a copy and then allow'd Night_Fox to use them as Night_Fox was not even playing SS at the time these bots were in use.

I vote to remove ssn from the directory server for stealing files from SSCI Gundam Wing and from stealing files from every hosted zone. These ai's are the ones from there slightly modified for me only.

Yes I did see the AI bots I never denied that, but I was fully under the impression that she was allowed to have them and she was just testing them out and what not. And how dare you say I betrayed zim, becuase I would never betray him. Don't try to pull little guilt trips and symphasizers on your side becuase I was as ignorant about them as the next person who saw them. And for not telling zim, out of ignorance, since I figured she'd gotten them with premission, I appologize to zim, as I was going to when he got on anyways, and to straighten out whatever else BS you had to tell him. To say I'm as responsible as NF or MS in the matter would be like saying that an owner of an inn would be responsible for a king commiting murder while staying in a room he lent out, unbeknownst to the owner of the inn. Even though the owner had seen the dagger, before the killing, but thought it to just be an innoccent dagger.

I did see the bots but thats all I ever saw, and I will still say I never saw anything of your graphics in there, and I went in there at least once a day, even though the arena was changing every day I probably would have seen it unless it was up for like an hour.

And FYI: Zim didn't make our entire zone, he did a plugin for us and our magnificent shipset, although I appreciate Zim like I appreciate our very moon, he didn't make MK, just putting that for th record.

Also the dll that Spyed sent me was just identified by zim as the BF ai.dll The dll was stolen and given out without permission. Lume you can't talk yourself out of your hole. Talking to me is what put you in it in the first place. Keep talking to dig yourself further in.

Bots came from LA who got them fro Psyphi who got them from Zim, I was unaware that anyone stole anything. And I told you I knew about the bots before that...

And I already previously said that I did not know about her giving it out.

Cerium its not about the money its about letting everyone know that you cannot trust SSN so they don't do this to anyone else. Pretty much anyone who will develop anything worth stealing comes here and needs to know that they would be better off on a 56k host. Night_Fox and MS-DOS are theifs and should be punish'd by the SS community by having there server removed from the directory list. All the new developers go to them for hosting and get mistreated and discouraged from developing anything and only reason lume likes them is cause they suck up to him so they can have a zone that has a population. Is this really the way it is going to be for new developers? I know if I was treated the way they treat the new people I would of said fuck this and quit. LiveForce didn't know how to run his box properly thats true but atleast he didn't take my shit and put it up in another zone or give it away or treat me like a complete idiot and shut the zone down just cause i sent him a email saying the ftp wasn't working *caugh* MS-DOS. So for that LiveForce I'd like to apologize and thank you. But back to the topic, this is just rediculous the way they are allow'd to do. This is unjust and is totally fucking up atleast 50% of the new developers thoughts of continueing to work on this game. It is the worst host I've ever been on and am ashamed that I ever had anything to do with SSN. I've been hosted by SSZ, SSL neither one of them were how a server should of been run but by far SSN is the worst host I've ever seen. If your looking for a host for your zone go for someone with a cable modem or dsl, avoid SSN until a server comes along that knows wtf its doing. I would say go to SSI but they wont accept anyone under 18 and most of the new developers are younger then that, you could lie tho

1st would never know as long as you act mature.

Another thing my zone was removed from SSN because I banned someone for impersonating staff that attempting to gain smod powers. He claims that I had no reason but he never once would try and despute them with me. Reason he really shut me down is clear to me now. I updated the ai's with a username lock, meaning they only spawn with my bots names. Since he was unable to change the name on the new version he shut me down because he knew he would not be getting any further updates.

Oh and MS and NF don't suck up to me, they are nice yea, but in know way do they suck up. I am netop true, but as you said I don't really know much as what to do with it, and therefore to me it means nothing much. I am not easily bribed either anyways, I would easily leave any place if I felt a great wrong was done, in this case I dont.

Anyways I don't care about the bots anymore becuase I didn't know they were stolen and me and Zim are fine, so therefore your little bot argument can go die becuase I already talked it out with Zim and frankly, he doesnt care.

And we all know your only getting this angry becuase SSN shut you down for whatever reasons, not becuase you feel so utterly ruined or betrayed. Go to some anger managment classes psy, it might help.

You forgot about the part where you failed to do a background check on the people who were offering to host you, and the part where someone put a gun to your head and forced you to accept and use their hosting. It seems to me that youre the only person to blame.

Besides, Ive seen this happen a number of times -- and most large companies have policies similar to it. IE: Anything you post on the AIM forums becomes property of AOL and they may use the content in any way they see fit.

Dont get me wrong though, Im not saying what they did (allegedly) is acceptable, but youre the dumbass who trusted them.

I have not have any problems with ms or nf. I never saw any stolen things in that arena this all happened a day i wasnt on. Its not mks fault and nor will it ever be. And Psyphi if one more of your players comes to mk and starts on with it there will be some consequences.

Even if she did put stolen stuff in there. Its an private arena, where no was aloud but staff, nf, and ms. Otheres players ahd to be invited. She had every right to look at your stuff.

Psyphi i had respect for you but everytime you get into trouble with a server you try to fuck it any way you can. Well now you own your own server and gl with it you will see how hard it is to run a server.

And to anyone else who think ms and nf our bad people well most of you ave been hosted by them and have been kicked off for some bad reasons and some good reasons. Ms and nf can close anyone anytime for anything no matter what. They could close mk right now for no reason, but hopefully they wont. SSN may move a lot but atleast its up and lets all zones almost on. This keeps low zones trying to get pop alive.

I hope that you guys will change your ways a little and i am sry that nf quit the game again. She is a good person and i dont care if you all hate me for this because i am tired of remaining neutral in events like these when someone i like gets attacked.

Lets hope nf comes back to the game and that you can keep your temper under control (pspyhi)

Today I was offered a promotion for Zone Wide Network somethin somethin long n fancy, level 0 netop. Becuase I do not agree with how MS-DOS attained Zim's bots and how they were atained, I then got demoted to zonewide netop.

I will take this time now to say that I do take full responsibility for all that took place, since it did happen in my zone. But I will further say that it is my fault, and to not let this tarnish in any way Mystic Kingdom's name. Let me be looked down on, not get netop anywhere ever again, but to not burden Mystic Kingdom with being branded as the zone that stole the AI bot. So I am now accepting full responsibility, and would like to appoligize to both Invader-Zim for allowing his bots to be used, and I appologize to Psyphi, for allowing an arena which even for a short time held his graphics in it.

Both mk and bf's first choice was SSI. Hell I wait'd a month before I even went to SSN for a response from SSI. You were supposed to be away in the Air Force according to various sources, Death+, Invader-Zim and I read it somewhere on SSI site or forum. Argyle had email'd me back asking if I still need'd hosting but that email was 2 months after I requested and I still have not received a response from him. That last email was about a month ago. No self respecting zone wants to go to SSN but was forced to because there was no host. I could of just kept my zone down for another 4 months instead of 1 I guess but I've spent 2 years of my life developing this zone and can't stand seeing it be for nothing. On another note 1st are you back home?

PS: I in no way mean to insult SSI in this post I'm just pointing out that there were no other hosts. I understand that SSI has a very buisy schedual.

What I find funny is, SSU is probably is still owned by either Night_Fox or MS-Dos and they just went under a different alias. They are just trying to get rid of that reputation they have always had. Also, giving a one day notice to zone owers, that your server is being shut down isn't very professional. Ah, Well, guess we saw this coming.

First off, I agree with Soldat that they are just changing alias's and second Paintball does not deserve SSCI it has not shown itself to have any population. Arn't zones supposed to be put on SSI before they are put on SSCI to see if people even want to play these zones? I remember why your zone went down last time, everyone stop'd playing it. Funny that was shortly after my zone came out. What makes this new version so special it deserves to reopen with SSCI. From your record all it will do is fail. There goes another zone on ssc that doesn't deserve it.

I was at boot camp. They don't give you internet access there. I'm at tech school right now so I still don't have that much free time. I'm on when I get a chance. Argyle is a database administrator and has a pretty hectic life. Unfortunetly for all of you our lives come first. If we're not available then so be it.

And, in the case of paintball the SSC slot is at the discretion of Ghost Ship or PriitK to issue. I don't have any extra slots. If they feel it should get it then so be it. If not, then it'll be on SSI billing until whenever they get it. I'm not going to make a big deal out it.

You all shouldn't be worrying about other zones. This topic and your arguements are pretty ridiculous. Just work on your own zones and stop your retarded bickering. If you need a host, email me since I'm back and I'll give it consideration. Or shit, PM me on here. I'm willing to host, just nobody can seem to write a decent email anymore. Think of me as an employer. You wouldn't send an application full of garbled english with ink splotches and smiley faces on it to a potential employer. Don't send the equivilent emails to me asking for hosting.

I'm buying a server in jersey come april so I'll have even more space for hosting zones. Now's the time to ask people.

no way in hell would anyone pay them for that server. they would buy a new server and no one paying for a server needs to use there site for a subdomain. spyed is taking the bride i mention'd in the begining of this topic. they are hosting him as long as he has there back on this issue. if he goes against them they shut him down. even if its someone else which its not, think about this.
