SSC is not owned by any particular person. Each sub group of SSC belongs to a different person. SSCC is owned by Testtube; SSCX is owned by Yarekim. Don't bother to ask for hosting from either one.

And SSC's billing server is not owned by Priit. Priit edited the program, created a bunch of fancy proxies and such, but BD Vine is the one that controls the server.
