What do you major in at Penn State?
Mine GO BOOM - Sun Mar 27, 2005 11:39 am
Post subject:
This may sound far fetched, but Computer Engineering with Math minor. I could graduate a semester early, but figured I could take two classes and pickup a math minor, and only need 12 credits per semester for the last 2 years, letting me work a lot more, and have a normal graduating time.

I plan on getting my masters right afterwards, and maybe going back for a doctorate after a couple of years of working.

Scary. That's almost the same thing that I'm doing, MGB.

Dual major: CE and Mathematics. I hope to get a PhD in robotics, though.

No, this engine is used on F15's and F16's. It has 13 stages of compression.

A 13 "stroke" engine?

To practise, why don't you spell correctly more often, so you don't make any mistakes in the future eh?

Is practise the European variant?
Cyan~Fire - Tue Mar 29, 2005 10:33 pm

I think so. Brits almost never end a word with "ize", it's usually "ise".

Except this one is "ice", its not a verbized noun.

English is $$, literally. English goes along with the dollar, and you really can't find somebody in the world that won't accept a dollar as payment.

Apparently newb won't. And you'd be surprised how many people in Europe won't accept dollars, and they're the most America-friendly continent other than ours.

Cyan~Fire - Sat Apr 02, 2005 11:04 am

Both. Of course, if you say "Here's $500 million. Take it or leave it." I sincerely doubt that anyone would refuse it. But that holds true with just about any currency.
