About four or five months ago I posted on this forum, wondering if there was any way to select a point and a radius from "green" to spawn around. My problem is that I'd like to have a designated area to green in, not just randomly spread around the center of the map. So, my question is, is this at all possible now that we have .38?

Nope, warp spots for ships were setup like how you want, but Balls/Flags/Green spawns still the same middle.

Maybe I should put in a Feature Request for the next release?

Wasn't this possible with ASSS? Or was it a different feature? I thought I saw some option where you could set X,Y, but I can't think of it off-hand.

How about doors?
Is it possible to have certain doors locked, other in motion, like is my dilema with Dynamic Map plugin.

Of course. You just have to write your own module for it (which I understand is very easy).

Greens: Greening coords are set via a formula client side, so requires both to be updated.

Doors: Same as above.
