Post subject: fast paced zone
Hi, I want to set a fast paced zone.

What are the parameters to set ships with faster speed?

Speedy zone.... ahh i see.

Well since you didnt specify any 1 type of speed Ill list all I can remember.

I believe somewhere over 4000 (and below 32000) would be nice and fast for these
Just make sure to keep maximum above initial
Shipname:initial speed (self explanatory)
Shipname:maximum speed (self explanatory)
Shipname:initial thrust (fast turning)
Shipname:maximum thrust (fast turning)

For a shot a second (if you have good energy usage) 100 would work
Shipname:bombfiredelay (self explanatory)
Shipname:minefiredelay (self explanatory)
Shipname:bulletfiredelay (self explanatory)

Speed for these should be around the speed of the ships
Shipname:bulletspeed (self explanatory)
Shipname:bombspeed (self explanatory)

....(0 = No rotation, 400 = full rotation in 1 second)
Shipname:initialrotation (self explanatory)
Shipname:maximumrotation (self explanatory)

800 is a FAST rotoation.

You NEVER EVER EVER EVER want to take your speed above 15000, and even that is kinda high. 4000 is probably about what you want to do.

For thrust, 200 should be the absolute maximum. A very nimbe ship would probably have a thrust of 100.

If the speed is too high, ships go through walls...

ya but nothing is quite as annoying as uber rotation

going through walls is one thing, not being able to go the direction you want because the speed is too fast to predict is another

15k will not usually penetrate walls. ~32k is max.
