I learned most of basics a while ago with c++ so should i stick to it?
Also in which languages can you add modules and that type of stuff like create dlls? (i know you can do that with C++ and C but wonder if you could with JAVA?)

I suggest learning python. You can write modules for ASSS with it, and its easier to learn than C.
If you making websites, learn PHP.
