Close, it is someone who is very much trying to act like Spyed, and has been accused of being him before. And even requested to be banned, probably the reason for a name change now..

Then I'd recommend section actually looking for a host by posting a nicely formatted post in the Zone Hosting / Advertising which follows the rules of the forum.

Just as a warning, if you continue to post crap as an alias, I am much more likely to restrict your main account and ban other ones.
