well, i am trying to start a soccer arena, but i could't find out how i can do that till now.
what do i have to change in the server.cfg to start a soccer arena ?

Well, changing the soccer settings is a good start.

changed about everything in soccer section
sth. else: how can i make everybody spawn on the same point ?
whatever i change in spawn section, nothing changes
i always spawn on different points round the middle of the map
although radius is on 1 (also tried 0)!!!
(koords: 8200:8200, same for all teams)

Are you using Misc:WarpRadiusLimit=10
or shipname:radius?
OT: I don't think you can make people spawn on exactly the same spot everytime, even making the whole map solid except the spawn point might not work as you tend to get pushed up and left (I have screenshots somewhere of me outside the map).
