look at the following:

FromX1=2
FromY1=2
FromX2=451
FromY2=1023
ToX=460
ToY=463
Ship=-1
# ^------- Ship to warp. -1 = any
Freq=-1
# ^------- Freq to warp. -1 = any, -2 = any public, -3 = any private

PrivAction0=
in that code, ship= -1 which means it warps any ship. But, if i tell it say... ship=2 hoping to warp only ship 2 users, it doesnt warp anyone at all. How can i get this to work!?
