I'm trying to do the exact opposite. If someone wants help with Apache, there are other resources out there that can help them quicker and better than us. Someone needs help with IIS or shoutcast, there are spots dedicated to that.
Real name of the forums? These forums have always been part of what I called Server Help. They are hosted under minegoboom.com because I picked up an extra domain name for my own personal usage, and felt it would be nicer than serverforums.shanky.com, as phpbb runs with less hiccups under a top-level domain address. So the real name is Server Help: Forums. If I were to leave the community, which I have planned on before, I'd just hand it over completely to someone else.
Since it wouldn't be tacked on with a specific user, it would be painless as when my brother and I handed over our old Magic Help site, which later one went to become a much bigger site. Which, as I'm checking shanky.com/magic now, has now dissolved.

In the registration I would put a question like what is this game called, answers could be continuum or subspace. For the guest people, you could make it say: "I understand this is a game server help forum for continuum only."

I was being facetious.
And on the topic of Magic, if you ever wanted to get back into the game, now is the time to do it. Time Spiral is the first good set in a while. In all the tournaments(major ones) so far, the top 8 decklists have all been different. Do you have any idea how long it's been since that's happened?

Alot of the posts seem to be about setting up webservers and the like.
One good place to point them would be http://www.webhostingtalk.com/
