is there a way to take mervbot dll and put it as a module in ASSS?
if not then i need help, can some one tell me a little tutorial how to make a module?
something like in DEV c++ do you open new project and when you put your code there how do you attach it to ASSS so it has the effect in ASSS

If you want to use C I would suggest getting a module to compile before you start writing/editing them. See this guide: Installing new modules.
You also have the option of using python, although not everything is available in python. It does have it's advantages, you don't need to install a compiler and a lot of things can be written faster in py.
Do you know any C or Python and what mervbot plugins did you have in mind?

You could probably expand my Mervcompat module, or just use bots with asss (like powerball does).
