Follow the format in This thread to save time in getting a host.. Plus it looks better if you do the right format first and read the rules before posting .

Cyphen, it would certainly help if you give your future host a reason to host your dev zone.
(For example; My zone has ... theme and will have a custom map and lvz. [...] I will develop my zone for a month where after that I will advertise the zone as beta and get it finished in the next month. [...] )
Give more information on what you are going to develop and why
