Is there a step by step guide on how to setup Wine on Linux to get asss working properly?
I have basic Linux with no console, just ssh.

Step 1: Don't use wine for ASSS.

Um... Brain may be very, very, biased against asss on Windows, but he's right... if you're already operating on Linux, why would you want to emulate Windows to run a worse version of asss?
