unfortunately he only pissed himself off.
I let him host toadball temporarily until psyphi offered to run it beside ronin dev, so I took down the other one since hi-tec wasn't on. in fact I haven't seen him on msn recently.
I don't care if anyone wants my settings, they're good settings and rather well balanced for a gravity ball zone. any and all are always still welcome to play. hi-tec is unbanned from the network, even. he can play.

I have no power, if other people ban him I can't help that.
