I say yes, he appears to have made vast improvements over his former self (which wasn't even really that bad when you consider some of the other fools we've seen lately). Considering that he has not only been able to work his way out of being restricted to a single board at SSForum (widely regarded as more strictly moderated than this one), but that he has now become a moderator himself on a General discussion board, I feel that he is now perfectly capable of exhibiting more or less responsible forum behavior.
