I just found this while going through one of my backup folders. It takes any bitmap (maybe gif/jpeg, dont remember) and chops it into individual tiles. Works wonders for making...umm... lots of images.
It was originally written as a quick utility for some project I was working on. Im not entirely sure if I still have the source, but if I find it, Ill post it. Since it was written in VB, youll need the VB5 runtimes if youre using windows 9x/ME or previous.
