I am fine with my computer at the moment. Either way, I don't have to change my resolution.
I might be getting a new computer from Dell or Alienware in the future, but not right now.

When I was a tech at best buy, we had a lot of problems with alienware machines. Maybe theyve improved over the 3-5 years, but I would still steer clear of them.

That site has the resolution for the monitor at 2560 x 1600, which even beats my 1920x1200 that gets me booted in a couple zones before I finish the map download.

Nothing in specific newb, just lots of assorted problems. Almost every one where the customer had the machine shipped to the store we ended up having to fix or do something with.
The one I remember the most was a shipping issue: The case got damaged during shipping, so we had to do a case-transfer in the store (which sucked). The power supply then died like 3 hours after everything was in the new case, and the cute plastic things they put on the video card was broken and the guy demanded a new one.
There was also one where it didnt have the video card in it, so we had to put one in off the shelf.
Lots of shit like that.
