This document states all of the advertising rules for all major SSC zones. I compiled this data about a month ago by going into all of the SSC zones asking all of the staff.
I hope that this information makes use to someone, as well to help those zones not have to deal with as much people spaming zone advertisements.

I did this to explicitly state. It has like 4 or so zones you can advertise in.

Trench Wars Rule #7 (Posted at A1):
Advertising other zones is not illegal, but spamming or flooding players in private or public messages is.
Typically a good place to advertise if you're looking for noobs who won't know how to connect to your zone if its not in the default zone list.
