Bot Questions - TWCore Setup

Post subject: TWCore Setup

I'm wanting to Setup TWCore with the JCreator IDE. However, the link with directions to do that looks like it has none any longer (http://botguide.blarglefish.com/). Anyone care to explain how to do this, or know a link that does work?
