Trash Talk - 5 Zone Ideas

Post subject: 5 Zone Ideas
These are up for grabs and some of you may want to compete if you
really like these ideas. If you want to make me happy PLEASE make
a really cool astroid fighting arena icon_smile.gif. And if you want to make me somewhat happy make a mine bombing arena biggrin.gif. Tell me if you make
these arenas. Continuum main names: Gecko. and OutlawGene.

1. Astroid Fighting
Main Idea: The player ships are astroids that look somewhat noticable
to the other ships. There are tons of astroids around the map each ship's
weapon has a different or the same astroid attack ( shooting astroid etc.)
In order to know what to shoot at the players must memorize the shipset
and look for a player ship that looks identical to the shipset and fire.
The ships speed may vary making it difficult to tell. A decoy could throw
a ship off it's course of killing a player. Falling Astroid objon ( shipset or
random astroids) could also throw off a player from killing an opponent.

2. Racing: Main Idea: Different racing types of ships race through a track
with the ability to jump with their ship. The purpose of jumping is for
avoiding mines other players may put on the track or a missing part
in the track. Track for missing parts - Left to right of the map.

3. Mine Bombing: Main Idea: Little tiny guys leaping to ledge to ledge
throwing mines at one another until someone repels or someone hits a mine. Bot option : A bot that has the mine repelled when dropped.
This would be so it could fall down or possibly shoot upwards even or an
angled direction

4. Pin Ball - Configure this idea how you want.
5. Ping Pong - A square box with a goal at the top and bottom.
Shipset would most likely be a ping pong ship. White Line.

I've pretty much made all of them except for 1. they were all greenys, 2. there is no way to have a ship jump unless you want to go through walls with a rocket, 3. Just put worm holes on the bottem of the map for a mario type gravity play, 4. Just use the ball for the pinball and have a high bounce factor, 5. rather use a ball that only uses ship 1 flagger and can only have another ship in the arena and use repels to to move the ball and have goals on both sides of the arena or use a dodgeballe arena like halo does and just put goals on each side and - the dodgeball plug-in. All of these arenas or sub games are easy to make.

Yes newb... You can't have a new item unless the people with the SRC of Continuum/Subspace make it that way. Unless you are good with encryption, have a De-compliler which I have never seen, or your god. Good Day ecuse me while I go blow my brains out. :l

no space bar was the key for the ship to jump and thats it.

blah-er it appears you do not know eight182 very well icon_smile.gif.

So if you all want to use the jump key you have to figure out how it was done in toad ball! have fun icon_smile.gif.

Erm, 'jumping' in toadball was just using afterburners to overcome the gravity.
