?usage before disconnecting:
Session Usage: 23 hours 16 minutes
Total Usage: 25 hours 56 minutes

?usage after reconnecting:
Session Usage: 0 hours 1 minutes
Total Usage: 2 hours 42 minutes

It's almost as if the biller sets the usage to someone who connects to 2hrs and 41 mins (25hrs 56mins - 2hrs 42mins = 23hrs 16mins). Anyone know how to correct this?

Is it from catid´s biller?

It certainly is weird. Nowhere near the long max, so that's probably not the issue. Maybe they used a short? Can you reproduce the problem?

Anyone can. Connect to XXXX Anything Goes, stay for a bit, disconnect then reconnect, and whalah, problem reproduced. I logged into the server to watch the biller and zone windows to see any errors or anything that would show up, but nothing looked out of the ordinary.

I've noticed this on my biller too. I've looked through the subbill.ini, and didn't find anything.

It seems fine to me.
