What is the best type of internet connection that will be less than or equal to $200.00 (Canadian Dollar) per month?

56k?

You can get a t1 for around that price. T1 sucks for internet usage though, and can still lag very badly with hosting. Best bet is to stick with cable. The only true upside to having a t1 is to be able to state "I have a t1 and I pwn"
