Post subject: Public chat not working in subarena

I'm having this weird problem... The public chat of one of my subarenas isn'T working at all... Noone can see other's text.
It's NOT *lockpublic'ed
I've set message:reliable:1
I've set all latency/message/security settings to the same as another arena where it works...

I've tried copying the settings to a different arena, same problem...

Anyone had this problem before?

Hmm, did you forget to login when you entered your zone while trying to "Unlock" Public chat?

... actually, it was never locked... it was still doing it even after a full zone recycle... so it couldn't have been it.. but i did *lockpublic twice and it confirmed me: Public chat unlocked (or whatever it says exactly)

Reset the periodic and territory settings. See if that helps.
