Looking for an approximate monthly transfer total on a zone that AVERAGES 20 ppl? Greater or less than 400 gig of traffic in a month to be more specific?

Well about 3.5KB/sec is usually the average for each user. Count in a little extra just in case and you get about 200 gig per month. Depends on the zone settings too, super zones need more, slow-ish zones need less.
