hey my friend gave me his MARCOS.BAK file how would i upload them to my profile so i can use, i tried replacing the current but dosnt work

Assuming you're talking about "macros", not "MARCOS", rename "marcos.bak" to "macro.dat" and then place it in your continuum directory. You will, however, lose any macros you may have created.
