I want my own website.. HackBin.com it would be called... I just don't know what to look for.. Im very new to this part of using the internet

Some hosts that host servers also host your websites. I think.

Depends on what you want to do with the website.
- Should it be able to generate dynamic pages? Then you need PHP/Perl/ASP support. (You need to program those languages though)
- Should the dynamic pages be served from a database? Then you need MySQL support.
- How much bandwith do you plan on using?
- How much webspace do you plan on using?
- Maybe you want a server located in your own country if you want to make the website in your own native language?
- For how long do you plan on keep the website at the host? (Yearly payment is usually cheaper instead of monthly payment)
- Most important is; how much budget do you have?

Im definetly going to want PHP support. And I dunno.. 300-500 Mb of webspace... I dont know about bandwidth.., I dont know how to predict that. I want to keep the website for years.. Budget wise.. I'm willing to spend 10 bucks a month on a website? Mabye 15? Thats pretty much because I saw offers for like 4 bucks.
I would use the site for personal usage like, game hacks, cheat codes, exploits, game news, game reviews, pictures(including sprites )..And a few plugins.. Mabye I would need something like 500Mb+ of space..

I don't know if it is cheap but why don't support this game by buying space at twsites.com
Oh, don't forget that buying a domain name costs money too. So I guess this package makes you go over budget.
